Sentosa Limited is accredited by the Good Business Charter (see our awards page). This page sets out what we do under each of its ten commitments.

We pay at least the real living wage to all our UK staff.

We do not use zero-hours contracts.

Our team works remotely, with flexible hours.

Team members can raise concerns directly with the directors at any time.

We hire on skill, and our team works across several countries.

We work remotely and deliver everything digitally, with no offices to run and little business travel.

We pay our taxes in the UK in full and do not use tax avoidance schemes.

Clients can raise any concern through our contact page and get a reply within one working day.

We choose freelancers, publishers and suppliers who treat their own people fairly.

We pay suppliers on or before the due date on their invoice.
