Responsible AI policy

This policy explains how Sentosa uses AI tools in our work for clients.

1. Which tools we use

We use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for research, analysis, drafting, reporting and operations.

2. How we use them

AI tools help us research topics, analyse search data, draft content, prepare reports and proposals, and run parts of our operations through automated, agent-based workflows. They speed up our work; they do not replace the judgement of our team.

3. Human review

A member of our team checks and approves everything AI helps produce before it reaches a client or is published. We are responsible for all work we deliver, however it was prepared.

4. Client data

We use client data in AI tools when preparing reports and proposals, and we only share the data a task needs.

5. Accuracy

AI tools can make mistakes. We check facts, figures and sources before using them, and we do not publish AI-generated figures without verifying them.
